In the terms “you” refers to the customer or person viewing or using the website, “us”, “we” and Bowhill & Elliott refers to the owners of Bowhill & Elliott. All care and attention has been given to ensure that the technical information, descriptions and colour matching is as accurate as possible. However the reproduction of colour is only as accurate as photography and publishing processes will allow.
Therefore we are unable to guarantee 100% accuracy and customers should keep this in mind when ordering.


Please note all transactions will be in pound sterling. 


UK –  inclusive of United Kingdom VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) – which is charged at the prevailing rate.

United States Of America – Prices are shown including all tax and duties paid. No extra charges will be applied on import.

Europe – Prices are shown including all tax and duties paid. No extra charges will be applied on import.

Rest Of The World  – Prices are shown excluding all tax and duties. Tax and duties payable will be the responsibility of the receiver alone. Bowhill & Elliott take no responsibility for additional  costs.


Making a Contract With Us

Once you have placed an order, confirmation will be sent via e-mail with an order reference number. When availability of the goods has been checked we will e-mail again confirming that we accept the order and that a contract has been made between us.  Acceptance of orders and promises for delivery are given conditionally upon our being able to secure the items ordered and without responsibilities for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents, or other causes beyond our control.


All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. For all deliveries we use DHL courier service.
Please note if a customer refuses to accept delivery of goods we will only refund once we have received the returned goods and the refund will be net of any charges incurred by us in recovering them.

Cancellations and Returns

All cancellations on Made To Order styles must be made within 5 working days before the manufacturing  process begins.

Monogram, Bespoke Design and styles altered via the customiser are not eligible for return, due to the personal nature of the design.

Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size, colour, etc.) an exchange will be offered, providing the shoes show no sign of wear and are in a saleable condition. All returns must be delivered in the original box and packaging.

If a return is needed, please make contact via email requesting a DHL returns label. We do not offer a free returns policy, you will be charged at our current postage rate. Alternatively we will deduct the postage amount from your final refund.

For customers returning goods within the EU, a £50 returns charge will be applied to compensate the billable tax.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Bowhill & Elliott (East Anglia) Limited until paid for in full by the customer.

Risk of Goods

All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.


Shipping costs, to mainland UK we charge a flat rate of £10.00 per order. 

The rest of the world charges are £35.00 per order.
