Returns Policy

  • Bowhill & Elliott offer a 28 day full return policy on all items ordered (except monogrammed or styles that have been customised).
  • The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Please ensure to only try on a carpet and not on hard or wooden floors, as this will mark the soles resulting in a return request being declined.
  • If you are returning the item by post then we recommend using a recorded postal service to ensure the safe delivery of the return.
  • If you are returning from outside of the UK then clearly state GOODS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER – NO DUTY DUE, as any duty charges will be deducted from your final refund.
  • On receipt of your returned goods, providing they are returned as sold, you can expect processing of the refund within 7 working days.

Delivery Policy

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

For all deliveries we use UPS courier service. Our delivery cost per order is £10 flat fee for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, with Rest of World costing £25.

For stock styles, you can expect delivery within one week, with made to order styles subjected to a making and delivery time of up to eight weeks.

Customers receiving goods outside the EU are responsible for any local Tax and or duties if applicable. Please note if a customer refuses to accept delivery of goods we will only refund once we have received the returned goods and the refund will be net of any charges incurred by us in recovering them.
