Delivery & Returns

Bowhill & Elliott offer a 28 day full return policy on all items ordered (except monogrammed, bespoke design or styles that have been customised).

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Should you wish to exchange or return, please email us at shop@bowhillandelliott.co.uk and we can you send return documentation. Please be aware the cost of the return will be deducted from your final refund.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging and in pristine condition. Please ensure to only try on a carpeted surface and not on hard or wooden floors, as this will mark the soles resulting in a return request being declined.

On receipt of your returned goods, providing they are in box fresh condition, you can expect processing of the refund within 7 working days.

 

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Our delivery cost per order is £10 flat fee for orders shipped within the UK with rest of the world costing £50.

For In-stock styles, you can expect delivery within 1 week, with Made-to-Order styles subjected to an estimated 10/12 week lead time.

All shipments to the UK, EU & USA will be sent including tax, duties and tariffs paid, so no nasty surprises when the item lands.

Rest of the world deliveries will be sold excluding tax/duty/fees, which will be paid by the receiver in full. Bowhill & Elliott take no responsibility for such costs.
